I hope that you must have gone through my Letter dated 19th January, 2009, addressed to you along with
enclosed therewith total 103 pages, comprises in Written Arguments submitted by me, before the Central Information Commission,
and voluminous representation dated 10th November, 2008, addressed to
His Excellency the Governor of West Bengal, Shri Gopalkrishna Gandhi, with copy to Shri Budhha Dev Bhattacharyya, Hon'ble Chief Minister of West Bengal, for Intervention
for transferring all the cases referred therein to the Central Bureau of Investigation; which has been duly acknowledged vide
Memo Letter No. 5101-S dated 1.12.2008 issued under signature of Mr. Gaurhari Adhikari, Assistant Secretary, Governor’s
Secretariat, informing thereby that a Copy of my aforesaid Letter dated 10th November, 2008, has been forwarded
to the Addl. Chief Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal, Home Deptt., for his kind attention in the matter. Aforesaid representation
dated 10th November, 2008, is also posted at: https://wbchiefminister.tripod.com/, which is justifying that Your Party’s Oldest and Renowned Leader Shri Jyoti Basu fully and personally was responsible
for the establishment of Kolkata Land Mafia: Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala. Because of his patronage said Kolkata Land
Mafia, with sole object to grab my valuable properties, adopted various criminal means and methods including hatching criminal
conspiracy for Severe Attempt to Kill Me (on 18.07/1986) which was committed with about 42 stabs in my entire body and another
attempt to kill my 18 years young son (22/2/1991) through a staged Truck Accident staged under supervision of the
Police. My son was able to stand on his own legs, only after 22 major operations and long treatment for about 2 and half years.
The Kolkata Land Mafia who was in 1978 was in service at salary of Rs.300/- per month, now owner of few thousand crores of
rupees, which he earned through various criminal means and methods and due to direct support from Shri Jyoti Basu. Till date
I not received any response from your end.
When I started getting exposure under Right to Information
Act, 2005, regarding his criminal acts and activities, due to importnat orders passed by the Hon’ble Information
Commissioners Shri A. N. Tiwari and Shri O. P. Kejriwal, Mr. Jhunjhunwala abetted to my daugther-in-law, ho left house of
her husband in 2003 to lodge in 2007 a false case thus lodged a completely cococted and false case within Shibpore
Police Station of Howrah District, under various provisions including under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code falsely
implicating my entire family including my wife, my two sons, my daughter and son-in-law, younger brother, my brother-in-law
and his wife, and made false allegations of the dowry payments. However, Police is admitting in writing that the basis of
FIR the “alleged torture/incident did not take place under the PS Jurisdiction Shibpur, Howrah ”. Inspite of such admission in writing, I and my entire
family still is living under constant threat to be got arrested, under criminal conspiracy of said Pwerful Kolkata
Land Mafia, who is reportedly now having support of Shri Subhas Chakraborty. What is a Joke that we are living in a democracy,
based on Rule of Law?
Under the patronage and direct Nexus with Shri Jyoti Basu, the Kolkata Municipal Corporation, in the matter of illegal
sanction of building plans and related matters in favour of his Companies and to blackmail others, worked as if it was his
own Corporate House. This is the reason that the Kolkata Municipal Corporation is withholding the information requisitioned
by me under Right to Information Act, 2005, which will expose the gravity of the Nexus, and illegalities committed by Kolkata
Municipal Corporation in establishment of his Mafidom.
Sir, Your Party is keen to perform an important role in forming next Government of India, after election result
of the 15th Loksabha. Kindly explain before Indian Citizenry, that if you succeed in your plan and object, whether
Fundamental Rights of Individuals against such powerful Mafia leaders, how could be safe or protected? Sir, Your silence may not make any sense, since this
message would go to about 2 lakhs Email IDs.
