Application for intervention for transferring all the cases to
the Central Bureau of Investigation; mentioned in the annexed application addressed to Your Excellency and others.
Your
Excellency Sir,
1.
Your Excellency Sir, I take this opportunity to seek your very kind permission to request Your good-self, through your
Good Offices to seek intervention in the matter, in furtherance of the cause of Justice, by preliminary examining the matter
under Your Excellency’s Own Supervision through some Senior Most Personnel from Your Excellency’s Office.
2. At the
very out set, I must make it clear that I do not have even an iota of doubt about the integrity and honesty of Shri Budhha
Dev Bhattacharyya Ji, the Chief Minister of West Bengal. However, the persons, against whom
I have to raise my fingers, are so powerful that during Your Excellency’s Tenure as the Principal Secretary to the President
of India, I submitted an application for the prosecution of Shri Jyoti Basu, which was transferred by His Execellency the
President of India Shri Shankar Dayal Sharma, to the Ministry of the Personnel, Public Grirvances and Pensions. But thereafter,
nothing happened. The Kolkata Land Mafia, is so powerful that earlier they had a very close proximity with Shri Jyoti Basu
and now reportedly have developed proximity with Shri Subhash Chakraborty, the powerful politician of the West Bengal, and
even Shri Budhha Dev Bhattacharyya Ji, the Chief Minister of West Bengal, could be restrained in the matter to take any action
against the Kolkata Land Mafia. For this very reason, I have been denied access to the mechanisms of justice and to prompt
redress, as provided for by national legislation, for the harm that I have suffered, for the reasons that the Basic Principles,
adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations, were fully ignored, under abuse of powers by the most powerful politician
of West Bengal, the then Chief Minister, to provide full protection to the criminal acts and deeds of the Kolkata Land Mafia
Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala and his associates, as described in detail, in the enclosed Facts Sheet attached to my representation dated 1st November, 2008, sent
through Email. Copy of my aforesaid representation, along with enclosed Facts Sheet therewith, are again enclosed herewith.
3. That in view of the false
statement made by the aforesaid Land Mafia Sanjay Kumar Jhunjhunwala and his associate Mr. Chuni Lal Mukherjee and his advocates
and Chartered Accountants, during the course of the proceedings under Right to Information Act, 2005, I am once again repeating,
reiterating, submitting, admitting and confirming that I am ready for any type of Forensic Tests, including Brain Mapping
Test, Narco Analysis Tests, Lie Detector Tests, Polygraph Tests or any kind of other Tests, which may help to unearth the
Truth about each and every statement made by me in the Enclosed ‘Fact Sheet’. At the same time, my humble submissions
are that in case any member of the aforesaid Group of Land Mafia challenges the authenticity of any of my statement, as pre-condition,
detailed Forensic Tests, including Brain Mapping Test, Narco Analysis Tests, Lie Detector Tests, Polygraph Tests and any kind
of other Tests, which may help in exposing truth also be conducted upon all the Members of Group of Land Mafia, and respective
Advocates named in the said Sheet.
I have posted copy of the representations to all Departments and Individuals involved, who are understood to have
supported the blackmailing activities of the aforesaid Land Mafia.
I would request Your Excellency to verify the actual facts, if deemed necessary, by inviting comments from the very
Land Mafias, about my charges.
